We waited over 45 minutes for our food. We checked with the staff several times asking about it, was fairly empty so I’m not sure why it takes a hour to get food.The robot 🤖 came and the food was cold and pizza was burnt. I didnt even send it back. We had a few issues , when we asked employees they were saying I don’t know or I’m not sure. Ordering food, they kept saying ‘oh we’re out of that’… how do you not have bone-in chicken wings. The only thing I enjoyed was Bowling with my family and the arcade. I also liked that there was an Armed PO securing the place. Last time I came it was on the weekend and the food was good and the staff were customer friendly and trained. I’m not sure what has happened but this place is going downhill. The waitstaff doesn’t know anything, they don’t check on you, they don’t have anything on the menu, by the time your food arrives, you could’ve walked to KFC and ate already, our tv didn’t work on our lane but it wasn’t a big deal, but when you spend nearly $200 with your family you want to have an all around great experience I think we will try KINGS BOWLING next time.

The price for one hour is $11 and is really fun we had to wait 30 minutes and meanwhile we got a drink, there are different options we got 4 draft beers $36. We ordered a pizza because we wanted to live the experience with the robot waitress and was awesome I mean the pizza is good if you are hungry but is not the best pizza $16 to the end we went to bumper cars and is important mention that if you are a big group no everyone needs to buy a card with one is enough because the guy who attended there doesn’t explain very well so without card one turn $6

We booked my son’s birthday party here and had a wonderful time! It was nice to have a variety of fun things to do. Our party host, Brooklyn, was great. All staff that we interacted with were helpful and polite.
