Absolute blast! Sam took great care of my boyfriend and I when I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday. The drinks are reasonably priced and the place is well maintained. We had a blast! I would suggest planning ahead for a time. We stayed for 3 hours and wanted to stay for longer.

Had a terrible time at a friends birthday the other day. While we were a big group we went over to hang at the bar and the bar tender/person working there that day was so rude. He told us we were loud even though we were standing around talking and moved from the simulators when asked. He talked down to us because we were woman and assumed we didn’t understand the Masters—also ride i’ve been playing golf since I was a child. We brought in money and bought drinks the whole time and I just can’t get over how rude he was to us. We left early because everyone was having a miserable time and lost money on the simulator. Will not being going back. Go to Five Iron MUCH better.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had to cancel our reservation a day before our appointment and wasn't given a refund, or even credit towards a future round. I assume this is because we were 12 minutes late on the "24 hour cancellation" policy, but I don't know for sure as numerous calls and voicemails went unanswered and unreturned, the phone number basically goes straight to voicemail with a message to contact them through the website. So I did that multiple times as well which also went unreturned. I wouldn't have even been as upset if I could've ever gotten someone to actually talk to me about it and say there was nothing they could do, but to just ignore multiple customer requests is outrageous. For me, Fairways is a much better spot for indoor golf in the Chicago area!! Top notch service up there.
