Mike from Magic Mountain is the best guy in the world. He lost his phone while fixing their fountain but found it. There was a mix up with our wrist bands that we never initially received but all was mended. Had a great time

Came here for a birthday party and I haven’t been here in so long! But You guys need to be serious. This place need to be upgraded and cleaned. It’s honestly so dirty and outdated that it makes me wonder why I loved this place as a child. I couldn’t even allow my 1 year to play in the play pin because of how nasty it was. Yes, kids play and make a mess but the actual play area was disgusting. Other than that this place will be a great place.

I purchased two tickets on Groupon for what I believe to be a fair price. Unfortunately this price gave me what I paid for. The mini golf course needed a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Between turf that was coming up, balls getting stuck in connecting pipes, and the course littered with rocks and leaves it ruined the overall experience of the mini golf. With the Groupon deal, I was given 40 tokens to play arcade games. Unfortunately some of the machines were not functioning properly but staff kindly refunded the tokens when asked. At the end of the day, I had a good time despite the lack of maintenance. The staff's kindness and positivity improve the overall atmosphere.
