We’ve been to this place multiple times and previously bought their socks. This time, we accidentally brought different socks, and the rude manager forced us to buy more. It was completely unreasonable, showing zero understanding or flexibility. The manager’s attitude was terrible, making the whole experience awful. If you have another choice, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The customer service here is a joke.

Took my kid here for the first time. Mainly because it had a kid size rock climbing attraction. We stood in line and when we got to it, the lady had to check my daughter's height....i thought nothing of it...basic safety precautions I thought, but clearly, she was taller than the 3 kids ahead of her. The issue started when the attendant made my daughter feel bad by checking on her height over and over as if there was something wrong... even though she was clearly tall enough. I could tell my daughter almost cried and didn't want to try it anymore. After some time, playing on other attractions, I was able to convince my daughter to give the rock climbing another try. Once again, we lined up for a good 30 minutes. When it was finally our turn, the attendant told us that they were taking a break and closed the ride and told us to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come and reopen it. I was then a bit annoyed because we had no one behind us, and she could have warned us instead of making us wait 30 minutes just to close it down on us. She could have let my daughter go and then leave, but instead acted with what seemed like prejudice. What did we even do? But I was determined to get my daughter on that since it was what we came to do. We waited. Someone finally came to reopen it. Kids started cutting ahead of us in line. Ok, finally, my daughter was up next, feeling excited again, but no.... 2 more kids cut in line, and even though the attendant saw intentional this time, she did nothing to stop it. I really hope this is not how they treat their guests. Absolutely disgusting and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Lot of ways for the kids to exercise with climbing, bouncing, obstacle course, Nerf style shooting experience, and arcade games. Good pizza and snacks available. The staff are great. 4 stars and not 5 because the place always feels a bit short handed. Not enough staff to enforce the policies and keep all the activities fully open.
