This review is only for the Mini Golf. Looks really pretty in the website photo, but not so much in person. It's a rather drab "has been" that needs some TLC. My 3 year old liked it, but then he cheats and plays both my ball and his. If mosquitos like you, definitely avoid early evening. Also, I would have to agree with a couple of reviewers about the surly employees.
Went in for an hour long lesson with Chris yesterday. For context, I started playing golf about 4 months ago. My dad is older now so it’s really one of the few sports we can play together anymore and I want to be able to keep up with him. Best round I’ve shot is a 97. I practice routinely (about 200-300 shots per week into a net). I have a TERRIBLE slice. Like 10-15 degree open face and a couple thousand rpm of side spin on my shots. Chris was extremely patient with me and we slowly tweaked my swing a piece at a time. Every tweak was accompanied by an explanation of what it’s doing mechanically as well as a drill or two to help reinforce the feel. By the last 15 minutes, I was hitting some of the best shots I’ve ever hit. More importantly, my misses would only be a slice 15 yards off versus 35 yards. My 7i was consistently carrying 165-185. I’m posting this comment after a morning net practice where every shot feels miles better. My swing feels repeatable for once. I owe it to Chris for putting it into terms that were easy for me to understand and maintain. Now I’m so excited to play a round on Monday and see if I can carry it over! Thank you!
Machines that tee up you ball at different heights. Saves my back 100 times over 😍 Very nice, cheap driving range and putting green
