Use to be a great place to go especially for younger children kids etc. I Cannot and will not ever return me wife took our son here just because we wanted something to do. You have teens arguing amongst the crowd in the middle of the place. Threatening Gun violence Constant police presence The food was undercooked and overpriced. Service is horrendous as majority of the workers there range from 16-17 years old likely even younger I would not doubt it. The food court or "lobby" is disgusting not cleaning how this place is even allowed to serve food is beyond me. If you are a person of Color I'd personally advise to go elsewhere you'll be profiled up until you leave. We also watched the front desk staff make jokes and laugh at a disabled child with a turtle shell backpack poor kid... Employees as well are not trained whatsoever they lack any costumer service experience and will tell you off if you get upset. Save your money on wristbands as you will not get the full time you paid for it. Mini golf is ok but again you still have unsupervised teens there jumping on the decorations of the court running on the putt lane your on and ruining the experience for people trying to enjoy that and good luck trying to get management to handle any sort of issue with said employees they'll laugh it off and have you escorted off the property with no refund to anything you spent. Machine as well usually are sticky and alot of the times wont even work.

A fantastic place for family fun! There’s something for everyone, no matter the age. My kids loved the arcade and had a blast in the play area, running around and playing to their hearts’ content. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Greatimes since it first opened in the 90s. Now, 30 years later, my kids have enjoyed growing up going here. Things have changed with tickets and tokens now being swipe cards, but the essence of the place is the same. Sometimes, it can be frustrating that some of their machines are finicky, but if you say something to the employees, they are good at trying to take care of your needs. I have usually found the employees pretty friendly and helpful. Though we don’t eat in their food court area very often, they do make some great pizza, breadsticks and salad.
