Horrible, run down little place. There is hardly anything to do there, and what little they do offer costs extra. It’s very expensive. The whole thing seems like it should be abandoned. The food is bad, they obviously buy the cheapest frozen stuff they can find and heat it up. We went with a large group, and after experiencing it myself, I will not be returning. Everything is in disrepair, it all looks old and clearly hasn’t had any updates. Several of the water boats were broken, they would get stuck spinning in circles or would not spray water, or would not move or would not stop spraying water…the golf course was closed, the arcade was basic. The whole place is falling apart. For the prices, they should update the attractions. The staff was rude. I witnessed an employee yelling at a young girl and being nasty to her for no reason. Basically, this little girl had waited in line to go on a climbing thing and she wasn’t tall enough to use it. The employee was mocking her and very rudely snapped that she was too little and she wasn’t allowed to participate. I spoke with the kid’s mother and she said that although she was upset, she was afraid to speak up and complain about it because she would feel guilty if the employee got in trouble, maybe she was having a rough day, etc. Personally, I don’t care how bad the employee’s day was, there is no excuse to treat children poorly. The only positive thing I can say is that if you are looking to film a horror movie, this place would be a great location for it.
I came here to celebrate a friend's birthday on a Saturday. We had two kids with us (10 and 13 year olds), 3 adults (ages 39, 50, and 62). Everyone had a great time, regardless of the age differences... big arcade, go karts, laser tag, mini golf, and a snack/drink bar. We came right when it opened, and it was slow. However, around noon, it got super busy. We waited an hour for food that we ordered before the rush of people. It was an honest mistake, and they were very apologetic, but I suggest coming earlier in the day if you don't like tons of people. Also, getting tickets online before coming is best, just because you never know how busy it will be.
This place is like Dave & Buster's meets Golf & Stuff, but it is way less crowded. The food is good..we had personal pizzas and wings. It's not about the food though, it's about all the games, the go-carts, the rock-climbing, laser tag, bumper boats...There is a full bar with outdoor seating. There were hardly any people there on a Sunday afternoon, so we didn't have any lines for anything!
