Discovery Green

Discovery green is always amazing! I have been taking my boys since I moved to Houston 6 years ago. It's family-friendly fun for free.💕 If you are in the area, check it out! During the summer, they turn on a little water playground that's amazing for all ages. It's prt friendly, get area to just have a little picnic, and it has public restrooms as well as a family restroom. It's just great to walk around and enjoy family.

I spent a lot of time in this little park. I liked it a lot. Kudos to the groundskeepers/gardeners: I had a good time running around getting pictures of the flowers with the Seek app. Nice to know why butterfly bushes should like if they aren't planted a chaos gardener like me. Houston, your astroturf covered hill is adorable. I hope someone prettier than me gets a better halo selfie; those lights were perfect for it. Everyone I interacted with in the park was friendly and enthusiastic about local events or helping me to get where I needed to go.
