I love the family environment. They even allow tournaments to be held there. The people thought they were friendly they are not good listeners so you may have to repeat yourself a couple times

Came here on Monday 12/30/2024 for my daughter’s 6th birthday per her request. We got there at 11 AM (one hour after they’re open) and saw many lanes open for bowling on both sides. There were also other families bowling too. We were told that the cosmic bowling side was full because a league was coming in and that they only had lane 32 available in the smaller bowling area because A DIFFERENT LEAGUE was coming in. We said okay, paid $121 for three kids and three adults to be able to bowl two games. When we got over to the lane to setup I couldn’t figure out how to setup the bumpers. Went to ask an employee and he told me that the bumpers were broken on that lane (MIND YOU he told us this information AFTER I paid and went to setup the first game.) My daughter (6), nephew (5), and niece (3) needed the bumpers for bowling support and this was my daughter’s requested place for her birthday. So I asked the young man with long hair behind the counter if he could move us so we could let the kids play with the bumpers, and he said he’d ask his manager if he could move us to one of the league lanes (because it was over an hour before they’d be there) and we were told no because the lanes were “freshly oiled for the league”. And THEN we were told after ALL OF THIS that we can’t have outside food or drinks and would need to take my daughter’s cupcakes out of the building. Asked for a refund at this point because what an absolute WASTE of $121. It’s absolutely insane to me that at 11 AM on a Monday they could not accommodate 6 people for bowling. Very disappointed as we’ve been here multiple times, but the way we were treated today by the staff, we likely will not be back. This entire experience put such a bad taste in my mouth, and I’ll be telling every client that sits in my chair to avoid this establishment like the plague from here on out. :-(

Great family fun and the staff are very friendly! The food is always hot and tasty! The spirits and beer are on point!
