Reviews
First off, this is my favorite place to bowl in Pittsburgh. It’s a great retro atmosphere. However, the fact that they ID at the door is super annoying. Multiple times I’ve had my college friends (international) meet there and not think to bring their passports. Also, it is very difficult to plan for. They’re often busy, and when they’re busy, they get pretty rude. Honestly, customer service has been rough almost every time I’ve gone. Luckily you forget about it once you start bowling. The bartenders are cool though.
Love this place so much and have for years, BUT, I hope they get rid of the massive, ugly, distracting, pointless new TVs above every lane. Who asked for that? We valued this place BECAUSE of the dark and cool vibe and fact that we weren’t inundated with content like we are at other newer venues. I’m not dropping my review score due to that, but I am hoping they will take feedback, what a disappointment.
Got told to turn up between 830-9 for all you can bowl by a nice lady on the phone, we show up at 840 as there could be lines and we wanted to make sure we could get a lane. As we showed up 2 lanes were occupied so we were hopeful that we could potentially get on early. The gentleman working that night, wearing a buffalo sabres hoodie, denied us a lane claiming they were sold out This kid could work on his customer service as he was quiet rude. We were simply disappointed as we were told it was first come first serve. So to be rudely dismissed was a tough pill. Be a little better.
